Payments

Online payments are handled through Razorpay. Smart24 does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers. Payment data is processed according to the payment provider's security and privacy practices.

Google Login

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information needed for account access, such as your email address and account identifier. We use this only for login and account management.

Data Storage

Smart24 uses Supabase to store account, catalog, order, and delivery information. Access controls are used so customers, admins, and franchise users only access the data required for their role.

Sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share required order information with payment, delivery, hosting, database, analytics, and support providers only to operate Smart24.

Data Retention

We keep account and order information for as long as needed to provide service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and support business records.
